Shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. Had my car for nearly 30 days for a primary user fault, but trying to get a update or feedback from the front desk was a awful. The worst from a dealership I have ever experienced. No call backs when promised, often pit on hold for ages then phone goes dead. Called to sometimes being put through to Derby for soke reason. Wrote letter of complaint dirty to Charlotte the so called manager and VW customer services who said to day I need to contact the centre directly to resolve my complaint...erm tried that but Charlotte feels its great management to ignore customers, so doubt I will get a response. So no choice but to do it publicly on social media. 30 days without my car and not even a sorry for the awful service that Charlotte allows from her staff.
