Youd expect to purchase a car with their £4k premiums with peace of mind but that is not the case The After sales care has been quite shocking for a ”used” 2018 Car that was bought of this lot 6 days ago from paul. A car with rust bubbles forming on the boot paint and rust forming in the alloy that has been repaired by their mechanic. I Was told by the customer service team from their branch to email photos of the Damage. Which I did and they requested for me to go into the branch and speak to tommy. Tommy informed me there is nothing that I can do as you purchased the car as sold as seen.it has been 2 months and nothing has been resolved
