Avoid - anywhere else is better

Attempted to put the price up in the middle of buying the car - see previous reviews where others have had the same unpleasant experience. Car was defective - took it back in 11 days, but they couldn’t care less. Supplied a courtesy car, that also did not work properly! Technically incapable of repairing the car. Car returned 3 months later - paint damaged, oil leaks, perished suspension bushes, damaged locking system (all identified by another BMW Main Dealer) - and Cardiff have washed their hands. About to start legal proceedings - but be wary before you buy a car from Sytner Cardiff. They just don’t care and are not up to the job of correctly preparing cars.
