NEVER USE DRIVE VAUXHALL LEICESTER

I will never consider purchasing a Vauxhall again! Despite spending three years dealing with Drive Vauxhall Leicester, the problem persists. Back in 2020, we bought a brand new car from Drive Vauxhall, expecting top-notch customer service considering the substantial amount we spent. However, the car spent more time at the Drive Vauxhall Garage than with us. The key unlocking system malfunctioned, leaving us stranded outside the car on multiple occasions. It took Vauxhall a staggering two years to even attempt fixing the issue, only to advise us to reject the car. Taking their advice, we rejected the car and received a new order for a 2022 model Mokka. Once again, we were assured of exceptional service and a trouble-free experience due to the car being brand new. Months went by as we eagerly awaited its arrival. When we returned our 2020 Corsa, the team informed us that they couldn't provide the market value for the car, as it was being returned to the factory for further investigation. However, to my dismay, I discovered the same car listed on Auto Trader. Why did they feel the need to lie to me? Finally, in July 2022, we received our 2022 Mokka. However, it arrived without the requested modifications. Frustrated and tired of waiting, we reluctantly accepted the car. Since then, it has been nothing but a constant source of problems. Drive Vauxhall Leicester and Vauxhall Customer Care have shown little sympathy and a complete lack of concern. Once they received payment for the car, they displayed no interest in providing quality customer service. My car remains unfixed, and every attempt to reach someone is met with unavailability. The part required to fix my car was supposed to arrive three weeks ago, yet no one bothered to update me on any delays or even confirm if there was a delay at all. I am left in the dark, questioning whether or not I am being deceived. I strongly advise against purchasing a Vauxhall from this dealership. I wasted both my money and valuable time dealing with this establishment. Two brand new cars, and all I got were a series of frustrating issues.
