AVOID

AVOID! The worst vehicle sales centre by a long way!!!!!! Paid £20k via bank transfer £20 in transfer fees and £500 from the business account for a Caddy van. First off I could not Insure the van as they could not provide the correct details for it. Then the van broke down while it was being delivered to me ( so much for the thorough checks before sale etc) so Anchor vans cancelled the sale which was fine. However despite having all my bank details they still have not processed a refund and have said they won't pay the £20 bank transfer fee. I have asked numerous times to speak to a manager but to no avail. I have been left with no van, no refund and bank changes! Small claims court here we come! AVOID Anchor vans AT ALL COST!
