Fiesta st line

Bought a fiesta st line With a faulty window so took to my local Ford Dealership only to be told that the car has been in a back end accident I'm in total shock because it's a 21 plate It was well covered up although it's clearly been in a smash as many panels are out of line and loose They have offered to fix the car but I can not trust that it will be fixed correctly The big question is did croxley car sales know about this and did they repair it It's early days and it's going to take time to assess the full extent of the damage that's been covered up by the new bumper that's been put on I live in west Sussex and bought over the internet without seeing the car but I did that because of the RAC recomendation this garage holds This has caused me a huge amount of stress and the truth is it just the start The car needs assessments done also so far 920 bill for urgent work Ford have told me it will take months to get these issues fixed Croxley car centre have offered me 500 towards the bill but sadly that won't cut it for me as I think overall the car will cost 1000s to fix I asked them to let me swap the car they declined I am a fair person and very easy going and trusting It all started well with croxley car sales great staff excellent in fact but it's all changed now I'm innocent and will be into 20000 for this car I hope it will all get fixed I am about to contact RAC to ask for help hopefully they will give me the support I need to move forward Make sure you read this before buying from this garage they shouldn't be selling cars like this For all I know the car could be an insurance cat once the proper assessments have been done You're in total denial of a simple 100% fact that you sold me a car that's been in a smash Why don't you just accept it and maybe show some empathy Not everyone wants a refund after all the time money and effort I have invested All I want is a car that is in good honest condition that I have paid for and you advertised it as such After reading reviews on your own website it's clear to see other customers have had similar and same issues as I have
