Oil leak in engine

At the end of April I went to ZB Motors and Bought a BMW and I've recently discovered an oil leak in the engine. I phoned them up and they have put me in touch with a warranty company to see if its covered but they haven't offered any further help or advise or to have the car back to have a look at it. Not the best service in the world.
