Poor quality repair an bad management

I have recently received my new ford focus St from a different garage to Hodson ford but the car arrived with some contamination under the front offside headlamp on the bumper and due to the garage I purchased from been on the south coast and me living in the Midlands I looked locally and Hodson ford came up it was even recommended by a work colleague.I took the car into Hodson Ford Wolverhampton Rd, Penkridge, Stafford ST19 5NS initially to get the paint contamination rectified all was agreed to be completed by their body shop under warranty the staff were helpful and all seemed well. Car was dropped off 12/6/23 and I was told 2-3 days for completion of work with ford providing a courtesy car all good so far. Work took longer than expected for whatever reason I was not told and got a call late on the friday 16/6/23 and was to far for me to collect as they would be closed by the time I could get there. I then collected monday 19/6/23 upon collection I noticed multiple spots of contamination under the paint and severe pitting there was paint on the headlamp and the lacquer had bubbled under and where the bumper met the wing the lacquer was flaking off obviously I was not very happy but I was told it would be rectified (manager had a look at this point and tried to fob off alot of the issues and ended up walking off before before I had completed sorting the car to come back in and honestly didn't seem to care) . 5/7/23 took car back pointed out all issues to the representative as I handed it over for the second time and told all would be rectified.(the representative was very apologetic and assured me all the issues would be sorted). I was Phoned on 6/7/23 work completed great news 2 days Vs original job of 5days, I collected on 7/7/23. First issue fog lamp hanging off bumper manager saw this and took back into body shop to re-attached (bad start who quality checked this before it was brought out to be handed over?). Due to previous issues I inspected paint job. Paint remains on headlamp from first spray job even after I asked for it to be cleaned off. Quality of work is poor as there is pitting and considerable contamination under paint. The lacquer is peeling and lifting under the headlamp to which the same manager kept trying to deflect issues saying it was how bumper was shaped so I had show how it had lifted from base coat and as far as he was concerned it was ok and as he put it "commercially acceptable" ( how is lifting split lacquer acceptable on a fresh paint job)and he would not accept any responsibility trying to deflect any issues (whoever put my number plate on had attached it wonkey to which the manager kept pointing this out to take my concern away from the bad paint job) I had to keep reminding him I was not concerned with this and it was not his concern that it was the paint job I wanted sorting. He continually tried to lie and say there was no issues. He even tried to fob me off saying it must have been resprayed before?!?! If I had known the paint job would be so poor I'd have left the original paint from factory as the quality apart from contamination was good. He tried to tell me it had probably been resprayed before and that's as good as it will get and was not going to rectify and to speak to ford if not happy as they would not repair their poor work again he was generally very unprofessional and didn't seem to care I explained to him he was a representative of the ford motor company and this wasn't a good experience to which his response flippent and that Hodson ford are going to separate our partnership this is not what is expected of a "professional representative of Ford". He then tried making excuses about losing money on the job and on all ford warranty claims like this was my issue, don't accept work if your not making money on it it's just bad business.I'm extremely annoyed and again I'm now left with a poor paint job on my brand new £40000+ car. Honestly it's your choice to go here but if this is how your treated I would avoid at all cost. Hopefully Ford can now step in to rectify this.
