Poor quality job

Be aware of one of the most Dishonest business.Please read their Disclaimer because this is what you get. Very low quality job. I had a bended and scratched wheel that needed attention. It was on a Saturday ,read some google reviews ,all good. Spoke with Ryan on the phone,took the wheel to the garage and I was promise a reasonable job.NOT the case. My wheel is SATIN Black. First time was painted in Gloss Black and I was told that the outside temperature was to high. Second time was painted in Matt Black , still to hot. The paint was running on some spokes , exfoliated around the valve ,the tire was painted and the inside barrel scratched and disgusted. They said it was repaired ,but they balanced the wheel with the old lead on it …I paid £150 in cash(they do not accept Credit Card} and took the wheel asking for an invoice. I was told they are sending it in my email. Never happened. I asked for a refund as I had to take the wheel to Professional guys to have it done properly. It cost me another £210 . Initialy they gave me the impression that a refund will be done as they asked me my name ,car reg ,bank account and sort code. After I was delayed another 2 weeks they told me that no refund will be given and to read the Disclaimer as they did the job. If you need a low quality job they are your guys. If you love your car and have reasonable/high expectation Think Twice. I do Not like to leave bad reviews but this time I feel too frustrated to ignore it. Good luck !
