A waste of my time

I had to buy a replacement key fob from tyn lon as they are a main dealer. I waited over an hour to be told their system had a glitch and could not programme my fob, I arranged to call back a week later, after I waited over an hour again I asked what was taking so long, I was told They have been doing a vehicle health check and have just started on the key fob. I did not ask for the health check this time or the last time and have wasted two hours of my time hanging around. I was told that this is free, and is a duty of care!! What a load of crap. And it is nor free, everything is costed in the overheads. I will not be using tyn lon or any other main dealer unless absolutely necessary. I look forward to your comments.
