Stay clear

Tried to take advantage of a young female, sweet talking into an horrendous deal, knowing full well she knew nothing about car deals or cars for that matter! Was purchasing a car with part exchange, tried to offer a grand less than the standard UK bottom price car seller. Found a better part exchange price that was a grand better off in my pocket, spoke to Anthony and explained that I would still purchase the car and that I would just sell my car separately instead of a part exchange, on which he spat his dummy out and said that wasn't fair and he really wanted my car on exchange, i said to up my price for the vehicle and that i would think about it but he had a hissy fit and said the deal was off and put the phone down, even though I had a £200 deposit which is non refundable( haven't got that back) he also kept my v5 as ransom so had to recollect that, he said he had already made plans for my part exchange vehicle when i hadn't even signed a contract, on approach to collect the v5 he was arrogant and didn't speak a word, passed the v5 and stormed off. Bad customer service, rude and unfriendly, avoid at all costs!!!!!
