Fantastic Service

I purchased a used Mercedes through Islington Motor group in Trowbridge, which much to my delight was in the excellent condition that Johnathan the very helpful Salesman, had described Having purchased the car and driving home, I stopped to fill the tank with petrol which was just under £100. However as I got very close to home a driver behind flashed his lights and I pulled over to be told petrol was pouring out from underneath the car. I attempted to get the extra few miles home to no avail. The car finally ran completely dry of petrol, stopping I called Islington Motor Group and spoke to Ben the Sales manager who had been very helpful with Johnathan when I had purchased the car. He informed me to locate a local Recovery Company and get it to a local garage to rectify the problem. The earliest I could get a recovery was 7pm on the day which was a Friday which they did placing it in covered storage, and taking it to a local garage on the Monday morning. The garage then notified me that a flexible petrol hose had split, which he informed me could happen any time, and was no fault of Islington Motor Group. I spoke to Ben on the phone, who was very helpful informing him that my total costs incurred were just under £500. Which he informed me I would be reimbursed with This Service was as rare as “chickens teeth” these days but was totally honoured by the Company. Which would have had no idea that this pipe was going to fracture. The Company, along with Ben and Johnathan should have “Eleven Stars out of Ten” Brian
