Dishonest,trying to con you

I bought a car from this dealer with half a year guarantee for any repairs. As we live far from the dealer we agreed with the owner Jay that the repairs will be done in the garage near where we live. Jay called the garage and agreed on the payment. When the bill was issued he didn't pay. I called him several times asking to make a payment. He didn't.... I told him I am going to call Zuto who recomended the garage. He just said 'Call them!' Dishonest and rude to your face, what can I say.. ..
