Went to view car after arranging this with the sales guy. Saw the car, had a few minor problems i wanted fixing before buying. he was more than happy to resolve all issues and keen to take a deposit on that day (Monday) arranged to go pick it up on Saturday. Gave deposit. went home to sort insurance and tax. rang Friday to confirm car is ready to be picked up. Bloke told me that the car has been sold and that there must have been a miscommunication between colleagues. could go pick deposit up but car had been sold. after arranging insurance and paying deposit for the insurance of 280.- I am now left out of pocket... they made no effort to get in touch with me i am very disappointed to say the least.
