Unprofessional very bad customer service
Be careful how they explain the £500 holding deposit for a car, we placed a deposit to view a car that was not in the showroom, this was then subsequently transferred to another car which we were unable to test drive and needed cleaning, at no point were we told that this had now become non refundable if we were not satisfied with it. When we changed our minds and asked for our deposit back we were categorically told we wouldn’t get it. After some explanation the sales manager Chris Allsopp agreed verbally to refund £300 not the full amount as they had incurred costs, then when the refund came ( after two weeks) it was only £200. The Head of Business then stepped in to say I would receive the full £500 within 3 working days, that was now 7:days ago and I am still waiting
