Bought van from me and did not pay me!

Bought van from me, and collected it on 11th May. Said it will pay in the evening then next week, and week after and now has blocked my number. I am bitterly disappointed for trusting him. This happened only that we did one transaction before and it was all well so I was not expecting to be spammed on this one. He has blocked my number and kept the van!! Not something business should do!!
