Huge thanks to Jay, and the guys in the service department at Chapelhouse Southport. Absolutely saved the day, and potentially our holiday this year. Jay kept us informed all the way through the process, and, unlike many people you encounter nowadays, kept his promise to do all he could to resolve the issues we were experiencing with our car.
