Having rung them up to ask about a part exchange they told me to come down to Birmingham to view my car I was exchanging.. I drove from Kettering so it's about a hours drive. Upon arriving I was then told they would not part exchange my car, they didn't even look at the car.. Trade Car Sales Birmingham are a waste of time.
