Physical assault by a working employee

TRULY UNBELIEVABLE THAT AN EMPLOYED AND WORKING MEMBER OF STAFF AT BMW NORTH OXFORD (FULLY EMBLAZONED IN BMW BRANDED CLOTHING) CAN FOLLOW A CUSTOMER PROSPECT OFF OF THE SALES FORECOURT AND AGGRESSIVELY BANG ON THE CUSTOMERS VEHICLE INSTRUCTING THE PERSON TO GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE SO THAT HE CAN PHYSICALLY CONFRONT THE PERSON (OR GIVEN THE AGGRESSIVE APPROACH – ATTEMPT TO PHYSICALLY ASSAULT THE INDIVIDUAL). In my wildest dreams I could NEVER have imagined an employee of BMW undertaking such actions towards a member of the general public just because a poor review of his actions was expressed to the management team of the dealership. What was the response from BMW North Oxford? NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY… The only response received was a legal letter washing over the facts and using legal terminology to dismiss the actions of the sales advisor. Will I buy from the BMW brand after this? Not a chance ever!!! I loved the brand and had purchased several high-end versions of their cars, but the actions of the sales advisor and the dismissive final response from the legal representation of BMW North Oxford has tarnished my view of the brand forever. If you are in the market for a new BMW, find another BMW dealership that is NOT BMW North Oxford, OR part of the William Morgan Group. I defy BMW North Oxford in their defence to challenge this review and say that a sales advisor did not commit these actions!!!
