Absolute disgrace! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

This company are a complete and utter disgrace. If I could give them 0 stars then I would do so. I had a car lease with them for over 2 years, not a single payment was missed or late during this time. A week after the contract came to an end, they sent me a final invoice for excess mileage (this part I knew about) and unspecified damage to the car which hadn't been mentioned during the collection of the vehicle. I queried the damage element since there was no basis to it, and was ignored several times. I then began receiving chaser emails, each time I replied to question what the damage bill was for and every time I was ignored. At one point around 6 months later I was sent a random report that listed damage that wasn't evident on the car when I had handed it back. I offered to pay for the excess mileage only, and again had no response. In January this year I found out that they had entered 11 missed payments onto my credit file. I contacted them again as I believed this to be a mistake and they had obviously not entered onto their system that the contract had come to an end. They took 10 weeks to get back to me to say that they would not remove them, even though no payments were due during this time since the contract had ended and the final amount had been disputed several times. They are a complete and utter disgrace, they don't appear to place any emphasis on following applicable regulations and even go as far as to act outside of the law. I am absolutely incensed that they have done this, and am currently in the process of taking legal action to remove the damaging impact this has had, as well as claiming damages from Alphabet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
