Emergency battery needed for a trip to the lakes, dropped in no appointment Tuesday morning, diagnosed, booked in, Wednesday, morning again within a hour vehicle issue confirmed, part ordered from Mercedes, called Thursday afternoon immediately dealt with, new battery fitted, called again 90 minutes later and fixed. It is service like this from a local run business that’s makes you realise how bad dealerships are in looking after the customers you buy the vehicles from, Mercedes Worcester phoned for help totally useless and still no reply from them. Vicky thanks so much for your hard work lovely smile and welcome in making sure we get off to the Lakes tomorrow for a week fantastic all well done.
