Absolute nightmare

The truck was finally available for collection 5 days late. Communication was poor, excuses were rife, nothing was Ideal Commercial’s fault! When we finally got to collect the vehicle the staff member was unbelievably rude and arrogant and had absolutely no customer relation skills. I can only assume that this must have been the owner/boss as I can’t imagine that anybody would every employ somebody with his attitude to customer service. I am sure that Ideal Commercials will respond with a load of ‘bluff’ as to how none of this was their fault as the appear to do to all negative posts. Unquestionably the worst experience of buying a used vehicle that we have ever had. We certainly won’t be using them again or recommending them to anybody.
