An excellent customer service

We,are seniors .After,a heart surgery and a new knee replacement,I found our beautiful reliable honda civic was too low for me to get IN or OUT.Hence,we went looking to get something higher ,reliable and in our budget,too.We,were truly lucky to have met Trystan Evans at Yromans honda in Guildford .We,had met and seen a couple of previous salespeople at other dealers but this young man was absolutely unique .He was competing to greet and knew the customer is priority.He,introduced himself,used our names respectively.Trystan served smarter not quicker.Was caring and totally competent .Always,smart and smiling for Trystan made it personal.He,made everything truly simple .Used,no jargon.Did not bully or ask rudely how much we needed to SPEND !!Was,honest ,helpful and explained in detail.There was No pressure to make a sale .We,were really pleased to have met such a wonderful true AMBASSADOR to the YEOMAN HONDA GUILDFORD.We,are so so pleased with our CAR.We,waited to test the CRV and then wrote our heartfelt "one in a million "experience.We,would recommend YEOMANS and TRYSTAN to ALL.Trystan ,even called us after a few days to make sure we were enjoying the ride in our CRV and put us at ease to assure us that they would always be there for us in any event if needed.A ,very big "thanking you " to MICK the manager for training such a unique DIAMOND of a sales person who never forgot his PRIORITIES.
