Fantastic service!

I have recently had the pleasure of finding out what I had been missing, by not owning a Land Rover vehicle! The Discovery Sport has been one of the most eye opening 4x4 I have come across! It was serviced to perfection by the crack team of mechanics at Hallam Brothers, who when I arrived, demonstrated what true customer service is all about, the customer! From the time I was collected from the train station by Thomas, who was the most enthusiastic person, to the tour of the dealership, by Ben, these guys were on another level! Their genuine and sincere manner and methods made me understand that selling a car is not about slick adverts , but about treating human beings as special guest, who are being introduced to a phenomenal product, which they will gladly stand behind! Ben gave me the family history of the dealership, which spoke of family values and a commitment to excellence! I was more impressed by this than any showroom that I have ever been In! All I can say is a big thank you and well done to the Hallam Brothers team! I will be seeing you for my next scheduled service!
