Rude and hidden cost

Went to jean Pierre today been going for a couple of years now normally it’s been helpful but on this occasion I asked for a full service and I told them about a continuous coil light that comes up and they apparently sorted on different occasions for a few months over the years I asked how much I was told £257 so booked it in drop the car off get a phone call to say the service is complete and they and they told me a few advisory change of brake disc and pads I said I will get this done at the end of the month but when it comes to paying for the service they said it cost just over £400 i questioned this they handed me over to the manager and was very rude and disrespectful because they plugged it in and found a fault that they can’t fix and never seen before and apparently took them over an hour to do so?? When it come to collect the car they were rude and on the advisories there were more problems that they didn’t mention over the phone like something is cracked causing a oil leak is this a coincidence or what?? I will definitely will not be returning or will not recommend to anyone so disappointing
