John responded to my initial email within the hour with a personalised video of the car, It was available to test drive the same afternoon and we drove home with the new car the same day. The whole process was straightforward and John's sense of humour made the paperwork less tidious. Paul's personal touch rounded off our excellent experience. Very happy new customer.
