Avoid at all costs!

Purchased a vehicle from this garage and they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I started having issues with the vehicle after only 3 weeks of having it (this has now been going on for 3 months), and they have argued with me black and blue (when they have actually responded to several emails and phone calls). The vehicle has since broken down on the motorway leaving me stranded, and is now not drivable and sat at a garage and I am having to pay out of pocket for a hire car and the garage do not care!! They are not willing to do anything, they are claiming that the garage the vehicle has been taken to are liars, yet they are a specialist garage!! And to top it off, they’re also aware that the vehicle had an issue when it was sold and they said that what the garage have suggest needed to be fixed ‘would not fix the issue’ I will now be making a report to trading standards!!!
