Terrible service.
After booking a prior appointment 6 weeks in advance due to an oil leak within the engine on my 2 year old van, I was advised to drop my van in the night before as they needed it the next day for the whole day. I was told I’d receive a call with an update at 11am. 12pm came and I still hadn’t had an update, I called to chase. 7 calls later, with still no response other than to someone is going to call you back which they didn’t. 5.30pm I finally get told they couldn’t get my vehicle in today because they were too busy, bearing in mind I was told it would be looked at that day. A days work lost and I’ll probably have to go through it all again. Honestly the worst branch and customer service I have ever encountered. During a cost of living crisis, a self employed business owner relies heavily upon his tools and van and this was simply forgotten. 2 working days lost without even an apology. Having asked their complaints procedure to the staff their response was “sorry I don’t actually know, I’m new” still nobody has responded with their complaints procedure.
