Very satisfied

I have to say that initially my experience with Autocade was a bit like a comedy sketch. The manner in which events were planning out, I thought I had been involved in some kind of exhibition in how things could go wrong quite unexpectedly. I first enquired about the car that I bought a week before I made my journey to them. Spoke with 2 different members of staff, each being diligent and helpful. When I arrived, Adam took care of my partner and I. We were thoroughly well cared for and the we were more than impressed with the car. There wasn't really much in terms of negotiating as the car was exactly what we wanted and the price was more than fair. Plus it was agreed that I would px my trusted old Polo with them. Drove the car home and we went for a long drive the next day. Here is where the fun started. Coolant warning and engine warnings. Was a bit upset as I didn't expect this to happen so soon in to purchasing a car. Contacted Autocade and although it was a Sunday, they managed to send a driver over with a courtesy car and collect my stricken Audi. A phone call followed from them the next day to explain what had happened and the time it would take to repair the car. All perfectly reasonable. Then, 4 days in, the courtesy car broke down. Now I was a bit annoyed. Again, they sent out another courtesy car and collected another broken down car. It transpired that the previous customer that had use of this car had mistakenly put petrol in a diesel car. Can't really blame Autocade for this. The process to repair my car had taken 3 weeks. All the while I was kept updated. The car was finally returned last night. All cleaned again and they also increased my warranty period. Nice and unexpected gesture. Certainly made up for the initial inconvenience. I was worried at first when the car broke down but gave them the benefit and opportunity to put it right. They have done that and more. Certainly have no qualms in singing their praises. People tend not to talk much about positive experiences, this certainly has been one for me.
