Lost faith

I recently bought an Audi from here which actually had a few faults with it. The EGL turned on so I took time out of my busy work schedule to bring the car back to be fixed and he said it would be a few hours so I went to get some food and waited for 3 hours and when i got back he still had not resolved the issue. he said if he was going to fix it he would need to keep it in the shop for 3 days and as this was not convenient for me due to work he said he couldn't do it. This caused me to lose faith in the dealer ship so in the end I went straight to Audi and they repaired it on the same day. I have also had a few more issues with the car but i have not returned to Railway motors, from now on i will go to Audi or an independent mechanic. I feel like I cannot trust this dealer anymore. The Salesman was actually very helpful when it came to actually buying the car I just wish he could have been more efficient when it needed to be repaired.
