Sam saved my life!

My key suddenly stopped working and I had to be somewhere else. I popped into Mercedes in Victoria Road and was greeted by Sam Lansdale, who immediately went through and got a mechanic to look at my key as it was not working properly. They got it working, she changed the batteries too and made me a coffee! Totally transformed a panic situation into a sorted situation in minutes! Thank you Sam Lansdale! Good to see great customer service is not dead!!
