Extremely Poor When you need help

i purchased an Audi A5 purchased 28/04/2023 , i was assured the oil on the rear of the engine was only from an overfill error , i have now had the car into a approved Audi specialised and surprise its not as per there reason , it needs a new crankshaft oil seal , have tried to contact the garage . I surprise surprise silence , am currently in contact with the finance company and the FCA . So all beware you too might get them same service , if the garage wants to contact me to try and correct this you clearly know who i am .
