Sold defective vehicle - avoid

Bought a car from them recently having identified some issues on test drive which they promised to rectify before delivering vehicle. Vehicle was delivered and delivery drivers left before I had a chance to inspect the vehicle. Faults not rectified and car cannot be driven without battery going flat. Dealer refused to repair or refund. Now going through the Courts. Avoid at all costs.
