Flat tyre disaster at 5pm

Drove in at 5pm flat tyre and in distress. A staff member came out and assisted to see if tyre was repairable Unfortunately it wasn’t but still went in to fit my spare wheel Whilst I was told to relax in the showroom and have a drink All this service was free of charge The staff and service was amazing Well done Lutterworth Ford Leicester thank you so much and all staff involved Amazing
