I found the car I wanted online, so Stratstone weren’t my local dealer which meant doing all the negotiations etc either by phone or e mail. Nevertheless Matt Shevloff my salesman made the process so easy it was as though I was there. If I had any queries he was always straight back with a call or a mail. My trade in was also done remotely and I was given a fair price based on my description of the vehicle. When I arrived to collect the car it was presented in a grand way with a cover which I pulled off to reveal it in all its splendour. I would certainly buy from Stratstone again and intend to keep in contact with Matt from time to time because I think we struck up a good rapport which is unusual given the negative press car dealers often get.
