Read this it’s a whole new level stupid

Marshall Mercedes Portsmouth Despite a very sour experience some years ago, I returned to this dealer, as I was travelling a 112 mile round trip to get my vehicle serviced. I live in between 2 MM dealerships and was persuaded to return (2 years ago) for my latest vehicle now 2 years old. I had the vehicle serviced last Thursday asking them to fix an alarm problem and battery issue as I constantly get phone alerts to say battery level critical. On collection I was told everything was sorted. 3 days later we were taking our young granddaughters out for the Sunday, but couldn’t because the car battery was dead. We waited until 3pm for Mercedes Breakdown. My car was then booked in the next Friday to have the Alarm unit and new panel fitted as they said it was causing the drain on my battery. When I collected my car they had damaged the rear bumper (accidents happen and they agreed to sort it)! As I was leaving the dealership I decided to open my panoramic sunroof as it was a very hot day……but where my roof controls were, now had a blank plate in its place????? UNBELIEVABLE…They have fitted the wrong unit so now I have a Sunroof with no controls, how incredibly stupid do you have to be, not to notice? Did they think I wouldn’t notice that a major function and in my case most used piece of my car was now missing? I find it absolutely baffling and impossible to comprehend that a FULLY QUALIFIED MERCEDES TECHNICIAN would do this to my vehicle and treat a customer so appallingly disrespectful. Along with the upheaval of having to go back and forth constantly changing work stuff from vehicle to vehicle, changing the details for residential parking permits etc, all I have had is a sorry! I GENUINELY DIDNT WANT TO WRITE THIS REVIEW BUT MARSHALL MERCEDES NEED TO DO A LOT BETTER THAN THIS.
