Bad Customer Service

I regret dropping my car off. I was called after I dropped my car that I wasn’t going to get my car the next day, I wasn’t happy but happy but it was bearable. Before the day ended I tried to call and was on wait for 45 mins with no answer. The day has ended and I haven’t had a call back or any update of my car!
