AMAZING SERVICE- BMW BARRETTS ASHFORD

I had an amazing customer service experience from Mr. Shah Choudhary at BMW Barretts Ashford. Over the last 4 years I visited this showroom many occasion and finally I bought my dream car. As soon as received this car and within few weeks my dash board is showing few caution signs. I reported it and booked for the earliest appointment with repair Centre. Three months time I got the answer that due to my home location near to railway line mouse is eating my car wires. I got so frightened that my hard earned money is for mouse food ? I can not change my home for new car. So I decided to change my car. This process was very hard for me financially that I lost nearly 5K. I did not have any other choice rather than going for less expensive car from the same dealer due to finance dependency for the first car. Here I am not understanding best Germán car but not able to protect it from mouse how could they protect me ? Overall my experience with Mr.Shah is fantastic I can understand he is not making this cars. He is very polite and informative about the products. He helped me to comfort with my ordeal of buying a dream car BMW. Each and every personnel I met at BMW Barretts Ashford is excellent what they do but my problem is with mechanical side.
