I had booked appointment with Simon Archer on Sunday. When we arrived he was talking to a couple. Receptionist said he would be some time if we wanted to wait. Finally he finally came over and said he was going to be some time and we could either wait or make another appointment. We waited half an hour in total and left. What is the point of a booked appointment if the salesman cannot manage his time? Certainly wasted ours and will not be back. Purchased a high spec car from Sytner Cheltenham and Gloucester where we were treated like valued customers, going over and above staying open after their closing time.
