Let down by salesman

Everything went well at sale time, i didnt notice or was told the MOT was due 1 month later. When I took it in there was a few minor faults that needed sorting. When I got in touch with the salesman he seemed unwilling to help so called the head office who DID sort this out for me and paid for the work. For Evans Halshaw i would rate them a 5 but the salesman has made me give a 3 for this branch.
