Offset steering wheel not rectified

Bought Honda Jazz last week.After a couple of days realised steering wheel was off set. Returned for realignment but still off set.Was told to take the car to somewhere with a laser for alignment .I would have thought a car dealer like Stoneacre would have sorted the problem.
