Excellent trust worthy car sales

I have left it 3 months to write my review, after a really terrible experience with my last car from a main dealer, I wanted to be sure I could give an honest inclusive review that would cover all eventualities. Firstly, as a lone female buyer who was preyed upon before I was extremly nervous to shop around ever again. I do not have the budget to buy and order brand new so accepted 2nd car buying will be a minefield. After unsuccessful searches and test drives I chose 3 cars to view the same day, all Audi TT and my first viewing was with AW. I arrived and was not immediately pounced upon, after greeting me etc I was given the key and told to have a look around and shout when i wanted to test drive. When ready to test drive, we set off and I was able to test the car properly it wasn't a quick drive around the block at 20mph, I was encouraged to continue if I wanted to be sure. I fell in love with the car there and then but also the whole experience at AW so decided on cancelling my other viewings. Once inside this is where the difference was made, I was annoyingly specific in my wants, there were a couple of chips I wanted repairing and brakes needed checking along with timing chain checks, battery checking and replacement of a broken rear headlamp, I knew I was being intolerable but the guys at AW took it all in their stride. I was advised on the extended warranty with no pressure to buy at all and I was given time to take the Information home and decide ....which I did, because the package was everything you need for a 2nd hand car, I've had a warranty before that was the same price for 12 months and barely covered anything and they certainly didnt pay out when it came to the crunch.....Fast forward to pick up day the car was immaculate, everything I requested was done new brakes and discs fitted, even tyres replaced as AW were not happy with them (I didn't even request this) Now for the most important part of the review the aftercare ..... I returned to have rear headlamp replaced and was treated just as well as the first visit, it took a while to arrive but I was kept updated every step of the way and never felt I was being fobbed off .... fast forward to 3 months later and I have a problem with the car ....waterpump and housing failed (very common on these cars) I called AW first who didn't ignore me or fob me off they directed me to what I needed to do with my warranty, offered for me to take to their garage and they would sort everything out but I have a trusted mechanic who I've gone through, the key part here was they were willing to help me no matter what which for me is what this whole review is about ....they care after they've took your money and this is what sets them aside from all the rest !!! My car has had diagnostics today and within 1hr 30mins the warranty company had approved the repair and agreed full payment including labour. All I can say is if your torn between 2 cars and 1 is at AW take that one no matter what ! Also the warranty they offer you, grab it with both hands I am relaxed for the next 3 years knowing I'm covered for anything major or even minor in some cases, and my first claim the 3 years has already paid for itself. I have now referred 3 friends and family to this dealership as I fully trust them and will definately contact them when the time comes before going anywhere else. Thank you all at AW I would like to say more amazing things but the reader would get bored.
