Peugeot recall

Terrible service. Booked apointment for my car recall three weeks before for 8-9 morning. Call to service dept before arrive that Im gonna be few minutes after 9, and they say thats fine. I came 9.10 and they said that they have a system issue from early morning and they cant take any car for service. So ask them why they didint tell me that on phone when I called. She told me that they dont have a contact with reception desk, and never speak about that. Avoid, avoid, so nice when want sell a car, in other cases completely terrible.
