Beware, undeclared faults

Made the mistake of trusting them when buying one of their cars. Bought unseen but was utterly riddled with faults that were not listed on the ebay page or described when we spoke over the phone. Was lied to again and again. Had an MOT but must have been a dodgy one with all the safety faults such as lights not working. Excuse given was that he 'hadn't really checked it over and it had been standing a while.' Not an acceptable excuse from a supposedly professional garage when the most simple of checks would have shown up the many faults, which he could have put on the ebay listing. I would never have parted with my money had he revealed the issues which are likely to cost me more than the car is worth to fix. I am left with an unusable shed, and he has my money. Also, V5 was no use so have to go about taxing it the long way round. Had they been selling the car through their normal stock, this would not have happened. A very disappointing experience that is no way acceptable. Crooks.
