Avoid at all costs
just now NEW avoid at all costs, refused to give a full refund to a pensioner after finding faults with the car within 30 days since purchasing, (consumer rights states you are entitled to a refund within this time frame should there be a issue with the vehicle) refused to refund fully and my elderly family member, (without my guidance) reluctantly agreed to accept a partial refund, due to desperately needing the funds to source another car so he could drive himself to his radiotherapy appointments , please please please avoid! Also tried lying about receiving back the spare key and only admitted to receiving it back when we told them it was sent recorded delivery and we had photo evidence. Also car was never re advertised (due to it being a heap of junk)
