Avoid!!

It started so well. The salesperson was excellent and I collected my new c300e. 3 days into ownership, the car totally bricked and left me abandoned. It took six hours to be recovered (including holding on the phone for 2 hours). The car then went into a local dealership, could not be diagnosed and I was faced with an unreliable £60K motorcar and no clarity on how or when it could be fixed. I therefore had no choice than to return it for a refund. This was three weeks ago at the date of this review and still my money has not been refunded. The dealer has gone awol, does not call back or respond to emails in a timely fashion. Mercedes are back to prioritising cost cutting in quality of the product and the services (demonstrated by breakdown) as we saw in the early 2000's. I am back to Audi and Id seriously recommend people avoid Mercedes and this dealership, and I say this having owned an array of Mercedes cars over the years. Awful.
