Car sale and part exchange
I blame my husband. It is his fault I saw this car. Meet me at the Ford garage he said, so while I was waiting for him I had a wander round, as you do. There, at the back of the display cars was this gorgeous red car. I like red. I looked around it and thought, ooo I like that. My husband duly arrived and before he could do what he needed to I dragged him off to have a look at the lovely red car I had seen. He agreed, it was a nice car. So, while my husband did what he had come to do, Ben Harrold came over to say hello. I asked him about the lovely red car. He answered my questions really quickly and my mind started to do the math's. Ben asked if I would like to have a look at it, well, it was a no brainer, 'yes please' I said. My husband followed us and I had a good look. I was very pleased with what I saw. Ben really could not have been more helpful. We all sat down at the desk and discussed my car. Ben went to get a valuation for my car and while he was gone, I asked my husband what he thought. He agreed and depending on what price my car was going to be it was a good buy. The valuation Ben gave for my car, I felt, was a fair price, which would enable me to buy the shiny red car. I felt through the whole time Ben respected me and spoke to me, he did speak to my husband but as I was buying the car, it was mostly me. He explained everything and repeated if necessary, nothing was too much trouble. When I went to collect the red car and part exchange my car I was on my own. Ben was so helpful and kind, he even checked my car to make sure I had not left anything in it. I would certainly buy a car from Ben again. What a great asset he is to Evans Halshaw.
