Excellent Service!

We had purchased our first Renault from Renault Cardiff used cars department in September last year. Completely blown away by the professional service received from the sales team, in particular Lee, Ryan and Manager Peter who made the process easy and simple with no pressure or hard sell at any point. Without going into too much detail we did experience some frustrating teething problems with paperwork and the car itself which took months to rectify but the level of communication and support from the team was outstanding. Peter made sure we were kept up to date at every turn with all queries answered straight away and worked tirelessly until everything had been resolved. I genuinely don’t think we would have had this level of service from another sales team!! FYI We have just taken receipt of our second car from Renault Cardiff! Excellent service from a great team, thank you again Peter, Ryan & Lee.
