Never Again

Having bought a Ford Kuga St-line X Ed Ecoblue from Ford Allen Warwick I was very disappointed in the customer service I received. As we live in Bristol I rang the dealership as the front and rear parking sensors weren’t working. I arranged to take the car back to Warwick, a mere 93 miles to have it checked out. When I spoke to the receptionist it appeared my vehicle wasn’t booked in. I asked to speak to Gary as I had spoken to him on Tuesday. He said the engineer that looked at it said I would have to book it in for a day, obviously I was very disappointed as I had asked on Tuesday if it could be done whilst we wait. As we live in Bristol decided we would take it to the local Ford dealership. They were brilliant and arranged for the car to be picked up, having delivered it back a few hours later I was told that it was just a fuse 🤔, I also explained to the Warwick dealership that it should have been working when we picked the car up but I feel that once they had the sale they weren’t interested. The young guy Charlie who we deal with was very helpful, if his Manager Gary had dealt with us I’m sure they wouldn’t have made a sale. Not a dealership I would every recommend
