OMG

Took Kia Sportage in for its booked in service, and after eventually finding where to actually go at the centre, it's not in the building with service department written outside, they took our car. Hours later a text from them said they had carried out a vehicle inspection, not sure why, can only assume it's to try and sell you something, asked to type in only my vehicle reg and surname to go to the inspection report, not hard, did this, guess what, didn't work. Waited almost an hour on there line when trying to call the service department, joke, only to be told the link want working, but they would send me another link😂🤣🤷‍♂️, I reminded them, it wasn't working, so they said they would get someone to call me. Still waiting. Maybe the clowns need the ringmasters permission to use the phone. Absolute joke. By the way this happened today and I'm still waiting on a call. Had to give 1 star because I can't go lower.
